Once in a while I will build a guitar with certain elements, challenges that you rarely see, notice in guitar making these days. Inspirations came from Steve Stevens,
Charvel/ Jackson guitars, Les Pauls, Rock in Roll.
I came up with the Bengal Tiger.

medium C carve, but fast
1/4 sawn neck, scarf joint

2 piece Hondorian ribbon mahogany body w/ deep maple flame top
Setneck pitched at 13 ish degrees

I refer my finish on it as "Kat's eye gold"
